What will happen to my order in case of no-show? PDF Print E-mail

If you requested delivery by bus, your order will be moved to our Pick-Up Point in case of no-show in the place of delivery specified at the time indicated on your order confirmation. Since you have made a payment in advance, your order is not revoked and remains activated.

If you indicated Pick-Up Point as the place of delivery, your order is kept ready for 7 days, after that time it will be revoked and deactivated. If you have paid in advance, your order is not revoked and remains activated.
